Each of our clients is assigned a specific transcriptionist or team allowing them to become experts on your particular dictators and document formats. Additionally, all documents go through our Quality Assurance team where documents are reviewed for accuracy and completeness.
Our all digital process utilizes the most advanced digital PC-based transcription equipment and software available. We use industry standard 128-bit encryption to transmit data, ensuring that file transfers are secure and HIPAA compliant. Our server is constantly monitored, ensuring the security of your files.
- Once you become a client we will provide you with a User Name and Password, allowing you to securely log into our encrypted and HIPPA compliant FTP (file transfer program) for audio file upload and document retrieval.
- If you don’t already utilize an FTP program, we will provide you with a link for a free downloadable FTP program. If you need help navigating the FTP site we can provide you with free on-site or via telephone instructions.
- Audio files are downloaded to your computer from your digital recorders, and then uploaded to the secure FTP site.
- Audio files are retrieved by our transcriptionists and transcribed into the document format of your choosing.
- Once audios are transcribed, they are uploaded back to the FTP for your office to download and print.
